Introduction

At the end of 2006, Hangzhou Junction Company IMP. & EXP. CO., Ltd built the lighting source testing laboratory. The laboratory is mainly responsible for products testing, by which we can control products quality and choose the most appropriate suppliers for our clients according to the production capability of manufacturers.

Based on this lab, our engineers have been devoting in products improvement and developed many new types of lighting source products. With the effort from our engineers, the laboratory has been developed into a leading lighting source testing laboratory with top class equipments and complete testing programs among the lighting source trading companies in China.

Testing Equipment

The laboratory has nearly 40 sets of high precision equipment for testing of function and safety of lighting source products, such as YF1000 Lamp Complete Analysis System, LED-620 luminous intensity distribution tester, which are all top class equipment in the world.

Testing products and program

Products tested by the laboratory includes all kinds of incandescent and halogen lamps for general lighting and decorative lighting, fluorescent lamps of single-end, double-end and self-ballast, HID lamps of high pressure mercury lamps, high pressure sodium lamps and metal halide lamps, LED lamps and BLB lamps, ect..

Program implemented by the laboratory includes lighting source IEC Standard, National Standard and clients' requirements for testing of light, color and electricity, exterior dimension, mechanical strength, life-time and safety parameters, etc. Main parameters includes lumen flux, lumen intensity, luminance, wattage, voltage, electric current, color temperature, color coordinates, color rendering index, torsion moment, life-time, etc.

One of our strength is LED testing program. We can test not only LED light bead for its light parameters but also a whole LED lamp with its light holder for light intensity and light density distribution curve.
